Service & Dispatch
AMC Contracts
All service bookings are scheduled based on technician availability within our designated Gurugram service zones. We provide upfront pricing before initiating any RO repair or installation work.
Our Annual Maintenance Contracts cover scheduled proactive check-ups and specified filter replacements. Emergency breakdown calls are prioritized under active contracts to restore your water quality quickly.
Component Warranties
Client Responsibilities
Warranties on replaced RO membranes, booster pumps, and filters are strictly limited to manufacturer specifications. We perform transparent TDS testing to verify component performance during installation.
Clients must ensure uninterrupted water and power supply during service visits. Our technicians require safe access to the water purification unit to conduct necessary TDS calibration.
