REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Aqua Natural RO Service is committed to providing professional RO repair, installation, AMC, rental, and commercial RO services. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms.

  1. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel a service request before the technician is dispatched. Once the technician has been dispatched or the service has been completed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  1. Service Charges

Inspection charges, visit charges, installation charges, repair charges, and maintenance charges are non-refundable after the service has been completed.

  1. Spare Parts & Consumables

RO membranes, filters, pumps, electrical parts, and other spare parts supplied and installed by Aqua Natural RO Service are non-returnable and non-refundable after installation.

  1. AMC Services

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) charges are non-refundable once the AMC service has started. Services covered under AMC will be provided according to the agreed AMC terms and conditions.

  1. RO Rental Services

Refundable security deposits, where applicable, will be refunded after inspection of the returned RO system. Any damage, missing parts, or unpaid rental charges may be deducted from the security deposit.

  1. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Aqua Natural RO Service, it will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable period.

  1. Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage applies only according to the terms provided with the product or service. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, electrical fluctuations, or external causes.
